Potentially the coolest jewellery on the face of the earth...

The second of the 2 Dali museums is devoted to jewellery and general jewel encrusted artwork which he designed and created. There are no actual words (that I know) which can accurately describe the pieces with, but I  think my initial classy reaction was a bit like 'oooooh....preeetty..'. Such is life.
A lip brooch which my mum bought a copy of in the shop.
(I am so jealous)

Here's a first for my blog! Film! And my own may I add, straight from my pink video camera. Forgive the shaky camera work, now you know why I stick with photos :)
I hope it works, please comment if it doesn't.
The famous Beating Heart Brooch. It was wierd and magical...

A pair of angel wings with some hair in the middle? I don't know but it was shiny :)

The best part was the shop though. A lot of the pieces had cheaper copies available to buy for a reasonable price, including a stationary beating heart brooch and a ring in the shape of a corset, which I was lucky enough to get my hands on.

I fell in love with it in the exhibition before I knew of the shops existence, hence the photo on the left. I love burlesque and corsets so this ring grabbed by attention with its lacing detail. I just love how unique it is. Normally I don't wear rings but this one (along with my panda ring) is definitely an exception.
On the left is the original the right way up, and on the right is my ring, upside down. Clever, clever me.
